Who We Are

IMMVAC, Inc. was founded in 1984 by its two principal owners, Dr. Ronald Sprouse, a former Professor of Pathology at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, and his wife, Dorothy.

Located in Columbia, Missouri, IMMVAC, Inc. manufactures vaccines and serums for production and companion animals to aid in the protection and treatment of virtually all gram-negative bacteria. IMMVAC products are based on two exclusively-owned core technologies: 1) a patented genetically-engineered gram-negative mutant Bacterin, Re 17, which is comprised of the universal core antigen common to all gram-negative bacteria; and 2) a patented immunopotentiator, E3, which stimulates production of T- and B-lymphocytes, thereby enhancing an animal’s overall immunity to disease.

A Look Toward the Future

Today Immvac, Inc. is working hand-in-hand with the University of Missouri to increase production and protection against common disease threats in the animal health industry. Currently we have over 10 new products in development and have recently purchased a facility in Texas to enhance our research and testing capabilities.   

Our new purchase complements the recent expansion of our home facility here in Columbia, Missouri. These improvements will ensure that Immvac, Inc.’s customers always receive the best possible products and service.
